On several visits to this Hardee's in Pearisburg, Va. we have noticed slow service, and rude behavior. More than one occasion our order has been wrong, we take it back only to see rolling of the eyes and unfriendly manners. As in most fast food businesses we see a large turn over of employees. I believe if the managers would take the time to train the servers and employees of this Hardee's it may improve. I see some of the same attitude problems in the manager also. These people should be friendly and customer focused. You never hear ' welcome to Hardee's' its seems as though you're in the way when you come in. In closing we believe if an extra effort were made to make the customer feel welcome, and not always looking like it hurts them to see you, things would improve.
